Forgot password
1. Ask a manager
If you are desk or train staff, ask a manager who can still sign in.
They use Reset staff password in the sidebar, give you a temporary password,
and you choose your own password the next time you sign in.
2. Manager password forgotten
A manager’s password can only be reset by a system administrator
(Administration / superuser account), using the same Reset staff password screen.
3. Nobody can sign in
Use
emergency password reset
with your username and the station recovery code
(the code saved in the server .env as STAFF_RECOVERY_CODE — keep a written copy with management).
If you still know your current password, sign in and use Change my password instead.
